Stella Nova minimizes personal data, separates public comments from protected project records, and keeps authentication, uploads, operational records, and review materials within their intended access boundaries.
Public interactions
Public inquiries and approved research-community comments may contain information supplied voluntarily by participants. Payment-card data and identity-document values are not stored in the Heritage Core research platform.
Project systems
Authenticated systems retain audit, permission, workflow, and technical records needed to operate the project responsibly. Access is role-based and reviewed.
